New Owners and Tenants

The following lists items that a new owner, landlord and tenant are responsible for as part of living in any condominium community. Realtors - it is your responsibility to inform all new owners of the following (see Realtor link on home page).

Due to cost, Oak Bridge management or board no longer send out Welcome packages. This website has everything one would need to know about our Association.

New Owners and Tenants Responsibilities

  • Obtain and read a copy of Assn. By Laws (4/1998)
  • Obtain and read a copy of Assn. Condo Rules
  • Fill out and return to the Board the Unit Info Form (Required Yearly or When Changes) Unit Paperwork Directions PRIOR to moving on property.
  • Obtain and read a copy of Assn. Move In-Out Policy and Fee
  • New owners should receive the unit's club house fob and garage access card(s) from seller/previous owner; new owners will be charged for these items if new ones are needed
  • Parking at Oak Bridge
  • Make sure you obtain parking stickers. Only residents will receive parking stickers. Non-resident owners do not receive parking stickers.
  • All pets (2 maximum) must be pre-approved by Board in writing BEFORE moving into community - NOTE banned dog breeds listed in Rules under House Pets Pet Registration Form
  • If renting, owner must fill out and return to property management the Lease Addendum for Renters form
  • All unit owners are required to have insurance: see Rule Home Owner Insurance Policy
  • If renting, renter's insurance is highly recommended
  • Make sure new owner/tenant is aware of the Oak Bridge informational website (www.OakBridgeNH.org)
  • If you are a landlord, forward all emails from management to your tenant
  • Do not forget the $100 move in fee and $100 move out fee effective 8/1/2015 (see Rule #39). Fees must be paid before parking stickers are given out.
  • Visit the Oak Bridge website and read all notices in the docs/info section (re: periodic emails blasts, pool, grills, decks, garage, etc.)
