Where to mail your condo fees

Monthly Fees for the 2019 calendar year have not changed and are:

Buildings 1 + 4 == condo fees: $229, construction assessment (ends approx. 6/2026): $32; monthly total: $261

Buildings 2 + 3 == condo fees: $229, construction assessment (ends approx. 6/2026): $32,
heat/hot water/garage/elevator: $74, emergency construction (ends with 9/2019 payment): $50; monthly total: $385

Buildings 2 + 3 == A one-time assessment of $850 is charged to each unit for B3 emergency 2017 construction started May 2018. A minimum of $50 per month must be paid from May 2018 through September 2019 (17 months). This assessment of $850 can be paid all at once or in other increments as long as the minimum of $50 per month is paid for the 17 months charged.

Condo fees are due on the 1st business day of the month. The board gives a grace period of approximately 30 days to receive payment. If condo fees are not received on the last busness day of the month, a $15 late fee is charged plus interest on any unpaid balance.
